Clinical summary A 2 years 3 months old female child presented with decreased vision of the left eye, squint and proptosis of the left eye (Fig. 1a) since last 4 months. Pigmented skin patches were present all over the body (Fig. 1b and c). No other significant abnormal symptoms were present. No significant family history was present. On examination there was squint with

proptosis of the left eye. Other systemic examination did not reveal any other abnormality. The child had no respiratory, cardiovascular or gastrointestinal symptoms. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis was normal. MRI brain with contrast was done. Patient’s image & MRI brain images are shown in Figs. 1 and 2 respectively. What is your diagnosis?
