Dear Reader, fall season regularly brings with it one of two biennial T hemeetings of our mother societies. This coming November, the International Gynecological Cancer Society is holding its meeting in Melbourne, Australia. This large gathering of physicians and caretakers of women with gynecologic malignancy is an opportunity to exchange information and ideas, plan research projects, and socialize. The global distribution of our meetings signifies the mission of enabling a large local group to host and become acquainted with their international colleagues. This often
