Special CPJ Supplement: CPhA 2013 Abstracts, Posters and Presentations Our national conference features posters and oral presentations on pharmacy practice research, submitted by pharmacists from across Canada. The 2013 conference was held June 1 through 4 in Charlottetown, PEI, and themes included Beyond the counter—identifying roles for pharmacists on the other side of the dispensary, Evidence is the best medicine—the proof is in the outcomes and Doing what we do best—improving health through the best pharmaceutical care. From the 56 submissions received, the following winners were chosen by conference delegates and members of the Canadian Pharmacy Practice Research Group.

Best Poster Presentation

Abstracts from both CPhA and AFPC will be presented at the conference.
