An asymptomatic 42-year-old patient, who was presented to our institution for routine cardiologic screening, was found to have an aneurysm of the right coronary artery. In the operating room, the aneurysmatic right coronary artery was isolated, opened, and plicated to reduce its caliber and obtain a suitable size (Figures 1 and 2).
