The authors criticized the demographics cited in the article. They supported their comments with some reports. Although they described these reports as recent, they are not up to date. They mentioned that the average age of patients with CSDH was > 75 years in recent reports. But many reports were available that show the average age as < 70 years. The average age of patients in this study was < 70 years because the study included children. Because of differences in etiological factors of subdural hematoma among different age

groups, the study design might separate patients
