Dear colleague Thank you very much for reading our article. As you know, sometimes many large Granulomatous Mastitis (GM) breast lumps are not resolved with single course corticosteroids. We saw better treatment response with prescription combination of corticosteroids with methotrexate or bromocriptine or increase dosage of corticosteroids and if needed frequent aspiration of masses. In our investigation, we found use of OCP for a long time, recently breastfeeding, GM in both breasts and underlying diseases such as sarcoidosis, cushing syndrome … as the most risk factors
