Sib,?Seeing that I found a purely milk diet so efficacious in reducing the size of the leg in elephantiasis, and that this disease is supposed to be dependent on the presence of filariae in the blood, it has occurred to me to suggest that a purely milk diet might be of benefit in the treatment of chyluria.
