It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to the 2015 Global Spine Congress in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With its rich cultural heritage, Buenos Aires will host expert surgeons, spine practitioners, clinicians, and researchers in spinal disorders from a global perspective. As the annual meeting of AOSpine, the 2015 Global Spine Congress (GSC) will provide an outstanding forum for the international participants to exchange ideas, research findings, clinical concepts, and treatments for all spinal pathologies. As the GSC continues to grow each year, the truly international participation makes it a unique meeting where colleagues will gather from all parts of the world. This meeting represents the 4th annual meeting, which has gained momentum from the prior meetings in San Francisco, Barcelona, and Hong Kong.
