ONE HEALTH

Ebola and One Health WE are all aware of the ongoing Ebola crisis in western Africa and the attempts being made to control it. Last week the BVA stepped in with a statement about Ebola infection in pets (VR, October 18, 2014, vol 175, p 361). Yet, with the ongoing series of articles on One Health in this journal, there appears to be little urgency among the vet world on how we should respond. With the disease having its root in wildlife reservoirs we can and should play a role in the multinational reaction. I’m in, where do I sign up?
