Sir,?I have just seen a letter on the above subject in your January number. My experience has been tbat it is perfectly useless to remove the nail, the new nail grows again and is iust as bad as its predecessor. The only treatment -which is rapid, simple, and perfectly efficacious is to well remove the flesh into which the nail grows. This cures the ingrowing nail at once.
