In the article titled “Fatal Vertebral Artery Injury in Penetrating Cervical Spine Trauma,” [1] a Disclosure should be added, and the Conflict of Interests should be corrected as follows.

Disclosure The device used as the anterior cervical cage was a BENGAL Stackable Cage (monolithic), manufactured by DePuy Synthes. Use of this device has FDA market clearance for vertebral body replacement in the thoracolumbar spine, but not the cervical spine.

Conflicts of Interest The author Dr. Tannoury has taught courses to physicians and trainee doctors arranged by Depuy-J&J and has received honoraria for this, which should have been disclosed.
