Methods: 56 patients (56 eyes) undergoing optical penetrating keratoplasty were divided into two groups. The experimental group (28 cases) underwent non-torque pattern double running suture technique, and the control group (28 cases) underwent interrupted suture. All participants were followed up at 2 weeks, 2 months, 6 months, and 1 year postoperatively. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), corneal curvature change and astigmatism change were observed and compared between the two groups, and corneal topographer was used to measure refractive change.
