A

25-year-old man sought comprehensivedental care at Howard University College of Dentistry. A panoramic radiograph was made and evaluated after a preliminary oral examination. The panoramic radiograph showed the presence of bilateral, impacted “kissing” molars (Figs. 1 and 2). The patient’s medical history was noncontributory, and the patient was unaware of the condition.
