An American Board of Orthodontics case report S. E. Owens, Jr., DDS, MSD Jackson, Wyo. This case report describes an adult patient with a bilateral Class II malocclusion and an extremely deep overbite. The patient was treated without extraction to the standards of the American Board of Othodontics. CASE REPORT DIAGNOSIS The patient was a 47-year-old man who had a bilateral Class II malocclusion with a severe overbite of 9 ram. The $/4111~7
upper incisors were uptight and malaligned. There were minor rotations of the lower central incisors, and the lower tight first premolar was in complete lingual crossbite. The ANB angle was 5 ° and the FMA was 23 °. (See Figs. 1-12 and Table I.)
