Manuscripts correlating ultrastructural data with all other techniques will be encour-

aged. T h e editorial policy further states that "Papers on experimental animals wilt be considered only if they contain ultrastructural information of importance, or potential importance, to uhrastructural diagnosis in humans." As always, someone will ask, "Do we need another journal?" T h e answer is, "There is always room for eXcellence." We wish o u r colleagues our very best as they embark on the uncertain waters o f scientific publication. They have charted an ideal course, and the Editorial Board o f Human Pathology welcomes this new addition to the expanding pathology literature. BERNARD ~l. I,VAGNER, M.D.

Correspondence T o TilE EDITOR: I enjoyed reading the case report on "Ovarian Myxoma" (Majmudar et al., Hum. Pathol., 9:723, 1978). I was disappointed, however, that no mention was made in the discussion o f the differential diagnosis between myxoma o f the ovary and massive ovarian edema. ~ It would be of great interest to the practicing pathologist to

know whether the edema fluid in massive ovarian edema stains positively with alcian blue. ARKADI M. RVWLIN, M.D. Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami, Florida I. Roth, L.
