actively. The symposium, which will be held in March, will be of great help for resident training because the theme of the meeting is basic facial plastic surgical techniques. Currently, our association is participating as a guest society in Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery. I hope that the nice relationship with two foreign societies will continue by active participation of our members. The challenges for our association are to increase the number of members and increase the quality and quantity of the papers submitted to our journal. In order to solve these problems, the members and the board of our association should actively cooperate
